Orbit Sum: Probability, Payouts, and Wallet Rules

Orbit Sum uses two independent pointers drawing 0–6 uniformly, with results summed modulo 7. You select an arc length of 1, 2, or 3 positions starting at zero to win gross multipliers of 6.72x, 3.36x, or 2.24x respectively.

How the Game Mechanics Work

Each round begins by deducting your chosen stake from the initial balance. Two pointers generate values between 0 and 6, which are added and taken modulo 7 to produce a result from 0 to 6. You must preselect an arc length of 1, 2, or 3 positions starting at zero. If the final result falls within your chosen arc, you receive a gross payout multiplier of 6.72x for an arc of 1, 3.36x for an arc of 2, or 2.24x for an arc of 3. If the result is outside the arc, the stake is lost. The game settles automatically at the end of the reveal with no manual stop option.

Probability and Expected Returns

The expected return to player is 96 percent for all arc choices. For an arc of 1, the probability of winning is one seventh, yielding a gross return of six and seventy-two hundredths. An arc of 2 offers a two in seven chance for 3.36 times, and an arc of 3 offers a three in seven chance for 2.24 times. Simulation data confirms these expectations, with simulated RTPs hovering near 96 percent across one million rounds for each mode. These figures represent long-term averages and do not guarantee short-term session results.

Wallet Management and Settlement

The demo starts with a virtual balance of one thousand coins. Stakes are set to ten, twenty-five, fifty, or one hundred coins, with twenty-five as the default. The stake is deducted once at the start and persists through the animation. Payouts are calculated in hundredths, with whole coins credited and the fractional remainder kept as a separate carry value. You can manually refill the balance to one thousand coins only when idle and the balance falls below ten coins. Reloading the page discards any unfinished round without refund or resumption.

Frequently asked questions

Does Orbit Sum use a standard roulette wheel?

No. It uses two independent pointers generating values from zero to six, summed modulo seven, rather than a physical wheel or standard pocket layout.

Can I recover my stake if I reload during a round?

No. Reloading discards the unfinished round immediately without refunding the deducted stake or resuming the settlement.
